Great room in Prague

Small hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet that was such a nice surprise. Spotless hotel and pleasant staff. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was so quiet. Great location to walk around in the old town.
They were able to arrange transportation for us to meet up with a tour and also to get us to the train station.
I’d certainly stay there again.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom, great location in old town, solid breakfast options, my only gripe is there is no air conditioning in the room, they did provide a fan but with temperatures near the 100 degrees it still felt like one was sleeping in the sauna. I know it’s Europe but several hotels next door like Ibis have air conditioning

Needs overall improvement

Location is great, the hotel lacks atmosphere and reception staff need some training!!!!! Lack of bar facility not ideal, thers something cold or unfinished about the place in general. Breakfast ok but more like a canteen than a dining room. Rooms were spotless but again just lacked finish. Stayed in other hotels in Prague for similar price point and would return to them before this one.

This was everything we needed!
Very comfortable room with excellent facilities.
The location was ideal,allowing us to see as much as possible by just walking, but close to public transit too.
Thr tram noise was noticeable, but not too annoying.
