Great staff, good hotel

we spent in hotel Odra one weekend and always everything was perfect, great location close to the main route, close to the forest, ideal for walking. Big room with balcony after reconstruction, spa with swimmingpool, good food...

Dumpy Hotel Odra in Ostravice

This "hotel" must have been renovated at least 20 years ago and nothing was done since. We rented a two-bed room, however, three beds were squished in there. The shower head in the poorly laid out small bathroom was detached from the handle and could not be put back on - it was broken. The waste basket was not emptied once during our two day stay and our beds were not made; bethroom not cleaned. This hotel serves as a rehab centre for the miners whose stay is paid for by their company, so I am sure, they would not complain. We, on the other hand, paid a little over 800 koruna per person per night, which we think was vastly overpriced. I would not recommed the hotel to anyone or stay there ever again.

Moc děkujeme za perfektně strávené 3 dny nemám žádné námitky,rádi se opět vrátíme.Vřele doporučuji.ochotný personál,strava výborná,a wellnes bez chyby i krásné klidné prostředí okolo a hlavné pohoda a klid

Příjemné překvapení

Dostali jsme od dětí jako dárek wellness pobyt v hotelu Odra. S manželem jsme již navštívili mnoho pobytů, ale tento patří mezi ty nejzdařilejší. Nejsme nejmladší, tak nám maximálně vyhovoval teplý, čistý bazén, krásné a nové wellness, lidský a hlavně odborný přístup masérů, skvělé jídlo a hlavně rodinná atmosféra hotelu. Moc rádi se vrátíme.

Wellnes pobyt ve dvou

Minulý týden jsme s manželem navštívili hotel Odra v Beskydech. Byli jsme nadšeni už z přístupu recepčních, které nám vše s úsměvem a velmi ochotně vysvětlily. Jídlo výborné, kuchaři milí.Co nás opravdu nadchlo byly služby wellnessu. Vše čisté, moderní, skvělá masérka. Okolí hotelu je úžasné jak pro relaxaci, tak pro pobyt s dětmi. Hotel velmi doporučuji a již jsme objednali rehabilitační pobyt rodičům.
