Friendly, clean, good food

Family atmosphere, clean, new room, helpful staff, free parking, good food in the restaurant. Breakfast to our needs much earlier than they would provide normal because we had to depart early. We will come back for sure. Parking for bigger car not a problem.

Very clean and excellent service

A friend booked this hotel for us and we found it to be very clean and very spacious. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and quick the bar maid is very nice and welcoming definitely recommend this small hotel to anyone who visit Ostrava

Byl jsem tady už 5x. Skvělá kuchyně - koleno, pizza..., výborná a velmi ochotná obsluha, skvělá snídaně, parkování hned vedle pokojů, klidné místo na spaní.

Podprůměrné ubytování

Určitě bych hotel pro další návštěvu nedoporučil. Nebylo možné otevřít v noci okno kvůli hluku z přilehlého objektu tiskárny. Hluk byl slyšet i přes zavřené dveře.
Ubytování jako takové podprůměrné a navíc ušmudlané, dovolím si říct i špinavé.
Postel nepohodlná, malá.
Personál také průměr, ale nečekejte profesionální služby.
Restaurace vcelku ucházející, pokud se chcete zastavit na menu, tak ještě ok.
Okolí hotelu špatné, ale s možností bezplatného parkování.

Co se tyka restaurace velmi spokojena jidlo chutne obsluha prijemna velky vyber hotel se nachazi na okraji Ostravy v oblasti Radvanice primo u hlavni cesty doporucuji na menu je kde zaparkovat co se tyka ubytovani -nemam zkusenosti
