Always happy as a satisfied guest!

Very friendly, helpful & competent
Staff in all areas of the hotel.
Excellent and punctual spa treatments, also possible after individual coordination.
Spacious and clean rooms with good service. Delicious and partly traditional food. Sunny terrace overlooking the center with full gastronomic service.
Very good location in the center with direct access to parks and yet relatively quiet. Private car parking at the house.

We think a nightmare is nicer!

It started already at check-in: Not only did we enter a dream in beige-brown à la 80s, it all seemed a bit small and plush, no, they did not even notice us at the reception despite our friendly greeting. At some point the lady (there was a gentleman and a lady sitting there) made an effort to notice us and politely, but by no means friendly, picked us up. When we dared to ask for the parking space we already paid for in advance (parking spaces are in short supply), the gentleman, who had been staring at his screen until now, turned around and started talking Czech to his colleague. Then they both laughed. We were not communicated with. We immediately felt out of place. No sign of hospitality.
Then the room, a so-called deluxe room. What was "Deluxe" about it has not yet been revealed to us. Furnished it was like "Grandma", the cupboards smelled extremely musty, and by cleanliness we mean something else. In the bathroom, the toilet bowl had a huge jump. There was a long, black thread on the shower that accompanied us until we left - we left it on purpose. Towels were extremely economical, and they were not changed during our entire stay. After the first night, no beds were made nor was cleaning carried out. But for that, when we returned to the hotel around 5 p.m. after a day trip, a roll of toilet paper was thrown out the door. Hygiene is something else we understand. Crumbs on the floor were not sucked away, it appeared as if there was extreme bungling while cleaning.
On the subject of rest: Sleeping in was impossible. At 6:00 in the morning, the first truck drove into the mini courtyard. Then the kitchen staff appeared there as well, and they talked and laughed loudly. If you weren't awake, it became at 6:30 a.m. at the latest - then the second truck arrived. And the same game again.
Breakfast was ok - but nothing more. Hardly any change, the slices of cold cuts and cheese so thin that you could have read a book through them. All in all unimpressive - we know better than that. Or rather: We've never seen anything like this before. Here, however, we had the only positive experience: The staff in the restaurant area were very nice and attentive.
Of course, what had to happen also happened: After a day trip we returned to the hotel, and the parking space we paid for and allocated was occupied. We had to laboriously determine who was standing there unauthorised and ask for the parking lot to be cleared. Just annoying. Plus the unfriendly behaviour of the reception staff - except for one lady - we already had to laugh at all this farce that presented itself to us there.
We left a day early because we just didn't want to endure this "non-service" and the dingy room anymore. As frequent travelers who can certainly draw comparisons, we have never experienced anything like this hotel. For us, it's just a nightmare in every respect.

Rozhodně doporučuju a my se sem zase brzy vrátíme!
