Excellent value, lovely complex.
Unbelievable value, quiet location. Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Rooms nice size and very clean. Nice pool area, Booked a few days break. Will visit again in the near future, would recommend to my friends.

Price rise
We have been using Club Alda for years, being a cheap place to stay, always clean and not overcrowded.
We have stayed there 3 times in the last 7/8 weeks, the price has gone up each time, it went from €30 to €40 then 3/4 weeks later €50 and just 2 weeks later went up to €55.
I understand times are hard on the North side of Cyprus and the exchange rate in in our favour but we pay in € so its good for them as well, plus nothing has changed there, very disappointed

Wonderful hidden gem
This is our 3rd stay with Ahmet and his Club Alda team . Our first stay was in June 2018 and we couldn't believe how beautiful & peaceful it was .
Staff are so helpful and there's always a smile , especially the lovely lady who cleans the rooms .
The rooms are large , clean and all set back from the pool area within lush gardens.
His staff work hard to keep the gardens and poolside area spotless . Beautiful , lush greenery everywhere .
Good location , set off the Lapta strip but within easy walking distance to seafront restaurants & beaches .
We are frequent travellers to North Cyprus , this is our 8th year & have stayed in alot of hotels but Club Alda is one of our favourites .
Ahmet also offers a Larnaca airport run which is helpful if you don't want the long drive & hassle of hiring a car from the South / crossing the border .
It's our peaceful , relaxing spot in Lapta and will stay time & time again .

Peaceful friendly hotel in Lapta
Club Alda is a small peaceful hotel midway between the coast and the historic village of Lapta. Just above Lapta are the spectacular mountains of the Kyrenia range. The rooms are spacious and overlook a delightful swimming pool. The beds are large and comfortable and the linen and towels are of good quality and are changed frequently. It is lovely to have breakfast alongside the pool and there is a good selection of hot and cold food on offer. It is only a ten minute walk through olive groves, meadows and verges full of wild fennel to the main coast road and the beach. The proprietor Ahmet and his family are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 18 nights in October and cannot wait to return next year.

An absolute little gem of a place.
I stayed here with friends and family and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is set back from the main road by a short 5 minute stroll, making it very quiet and peaceful. The staff are superb and cannot do enough to help.
The hotel breakfast is quite basic but sufficient and offers breads, jams, pastries, cereals, cheeses, cold meats, salads and a small hot selection of eggs, sauteed potatoes, sausage, beans and filo pastry rolls filled with goats cheese. Teas coffee and juices are also available.
The hotel bar and restaurant is very good value for money and cheaper than surrounding bars and restaurants.
The food quality is of a good standard overall with most main dishes of about 40 to 50 Lira.
The accommodation is comfortable and each room comes with a safety deposit box.
The lady that cleans the rooms is absolutely lovely. My friends in another room accidentally left over £100 on their bed. The cleaning lady called another staff member to try to find them and when they were found. The cleaning lady insisted that they count the money to make sure it was all there.
This is a small family run hotel of about nineteen rooms. It is a good 3 star choice
Overall I cannot recommend this place enough for peace and quiet, value for money, comfortable clean accommodation, brilliant staff, pretty well maintained grounds with citrus and banana trees just a short stroll from the main lapta strip of bars and restaurants.
