From zero to hero

The initial start of the holiday was a bit shaky as the food was cold, we paid for an all-inclusive holiday, however the holiday was not all inclusive as the Hotel Punto does not offer all-inclusive, Although Thomas Cook sold it as all-inclusive . The offer included food in the restaurant but however any drinks must be in the restaurant and only during meal time. Anything outside of dinner times are payable, even the tea. I was charged €6 for three tea bags to make tea in our room . The room initially did not have a kettle. I had to ask for a kettle to be arranged . The fridge in the room wasn't working as well as the light in the room. There were several concerns about the staff not being very welcoming.
On day 5 of our 7 day holiday I was chased out of the restaurant told that I'm not allowed to fill up a water bottle.
After I've spoken to the director of the hotel she apologised for the poor standard and things changed. The staff was more welcoming and helpful. We initially were told that there is no access to the spa for disabled people. However, after speaking to the physiotherapist in the spa, they make the staff entrance available which allowed disabled people access to the spa.
Initially I would not have recommended this hotel but they have redeemed themselves and I can now say that they listened to our concerns and made it better.

Never do it when you have a choice. Seriously bad hotel.

Bad, very bad.
Hotel visited during a tour. Incredibly disappointing. There's really nothing wrong with the main house. It is so sheltered that you get the impression that it is going bankrupt. The mattress was like a concrete block, all body parts hurt after less than 10 minutes of lying down. It looks like a hard shelf is under a mattress without filling. The ''dining room'' is a combination between school canteen and a discarded sports canteen. The buffet in the evening is harrowingly bad and because of the arrangement along the wall you walk in a long line waiting. The hotel would probably not be able to achieve 2 stars (main building). both I and several groupmates had dinner in the evening in the village.
Breakfast was, except for the location, acceptable.
Don't look at the pictures because they don't remotely correspond to reality!

Horrible hotel

Old hotel. Everything is to be renovated from the ceiling at the Welcoming, to the railings of the balconies of the rooms whose frames are rusty and the windows broken. The floor siphon of the bathrooms emit foul smells it seems because of the wind...... Be careful if you park in front of the hotel because it is with pleasure that the city will draw you a PV of 10€.

Unpleasant hotel to escape

The hotel reflects its brand (half the letters have fallen): old and dilapidated.
Here we spend our time waiting: the elevator which is very long, to go back to the dining room, to serve the entrance, then the main course (there the line is very long) then dessert if there are any left. And it's no better for breakfast.
This hotel is frequented by many groups and buses and should not even be offered to individuals for whom the experience is particularly unpleasant among groups.
When we start before 7am for visits to the hike, they are not able to prepare a takeaway breakfast when it was supposedly ok the day before.
The buffet is bad with very poor quality products in a huge noisy and teeming room.
The pool exists only in the photos, it belongs to the hotel next door.
Staying at this hotel is a tedious ordeal that spoils the holiday.

Holiday sold as all inclusive by loveHolidays should be stated as full board

Holiday sold as all inclusive, not the case more full board drinks only included at meal times . Bar shut at 10pm no water in room or kettle especially if you are being charged for extra drinks soft hot & alcohol. Wouldn't of booked if this was the case. Get what you pay for i suppose
