Great spacious family stay in Split

Excellent choice for family stay in Split! Large apartment type rooms with kitchen and washer/dryer which was a great perk and all the restaurants, cafes, shopping, and sites of Diocletian’s Palace literally right outside your door. Overall great experience

We loved the two days at Vila Nepos - best hotel of our whole trip in Croatia. Central within the Palace walls, yet private and quiet. Absolutely exquisite interior and spacious rooms. And Tomislav was an excellent host with the best recommendations and advice. What a privilege to stay here - we hope to return in future.

The PERFECT place to stay in Historic Split. Villa Nepos within the Diocletian Palace

One word. PERFECTION! We were in the Cindro Suite and we are a family of four including 21 and 24 yr old ‘boys’. We were so comfortable!!! The location within historic Split, within the Diocletian Palace was priceless. When we opened the front door, our entire family said wow. So impressive so large, well decorated and clean! The bedrooms were on either side of the living room with their own full bathrooms so everyone had their privacy. It has a kitchen, completely loaded with anything you need, including a washer and dryer. The location allowed us to be literally steps from the main square and the Cathedral. There were infinite alleys to walk and explore with so many restaurants and of course Gelato places. An easy walk down to the water for more places to eat or just sit and people watch. We couldn’t ask for more. But the best part of the stay was the property manager, Tomislav. He was literally available anytime if we needed absolutely anything! OH and breakfast was included at your choice of 3 different restaurants. HIGHLY recommend!

This was the most beautiful set of rooms I've ever been to with the most comfortable stay.

This was the most beautiful set of rooms I've ever been to with the most comfortable stay. The two-bedroom apartments were fully equipped to host people with all of the amenities including, kettle with hot drinks, kitchen outfitting, personal care items, extra towels, and many convenient outlets throughout. Our host, Tomislav, saw to our every need. Each room is large and spotless, the bedrooms have closets. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, including my own. The bathrooms were large and all Villa windows open but be respectful should it rain.
The location cannot be surpassed, central to the whole city right outside of the church and what remains of the palace. We were even treated to a solemn high mass followed by all day and night festivities of Saint Duje, the patron saint of Split. I haven't even mentioned the artifacts, lighting, quality craftsmanship, and decor throughout the entire Villa. Truly a stunning, historic, and remarkable place to stay.

Toma was the extremely helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. The room was gorgeous as was the view! Would love to stay here again. Very centrally located too.
