Perfect location!

Cozy clean nice room with a perfect location in the old town!
Our room had small kitchen with all apliances you need, own bathroom and air conditioning.
Close to everything you need for a vacation!
Walking distance to marina, shops, restaurants, marketplace and beaches.

Perfect location!

Nice cozy accommodation with air conditioning! (Whitch was absolutely must on our trip… +30’c almost around the clock)
Nice very clean room, bathroom and a small kitcen with all the neccessary apliances.
Location was the best, in the middle of the old town, or fortress, near the sea.
Walking distance to shops, marketplace, sights and beaches.
Taxis can not get to location, because of the narrow alleys, so the walk with all the luggage was about 200m, not too bad.
Patio was mentioned in the description, but none was found, at least with any furniture.
Only patio like structure was on front of the front door, but no chairs or table there.
All and all, would love to stay there again!

Nice stay at Split Varos Inn in Croatia

Very nice place to stay while visitng Spit, Croatia. Away from hussle of the city center, yet only 10-15 minute walk to the core active area. Roomy, clean, nice bedding, good bathroom, and small kitchen area. No nonsense place to stay. I liked walking down little alley ways to get to the guesthouse/apartment. There was plenty of tourins information broshures in the hallway.

Great location near Old Town

Great location near Old Town. It's a moderate uphill walk of maybe less than 100 yards from the edge of Old Town. Clean and modern room. Great air conditioner. A useful common full kitchen in the central hall shared by three rooms. Large fridge and including a microwave, kettle, two burner stove, and all utensils and dishes. Large and modern bathroom with a large shower. The only negative was whoever lives upstairs walks heavy at all hours, but wasn't often enough or bad enough to prevent sleep.
