Great location and view

This is by far the best self stay accommodation available. Fantastic views and you are right on the water front. Great locally owned cafe/restaurant across the road serving wonderful food. Well worth the stay if you are in the area.

Excellent Apartment, Extremely bad manager ( Marko )

Great location, walkable to every attraction in Split.
Decent rooms with good facilities.
Cannot check in after 10 pm.
Door is locked, key is with manager who demands 20 Euros to come and check you in. This man Marko is also very rude and is never seen after check in.
If you are sure to get there during day time, it's a very good choice

Great Location

Villa Olea is located right in the City center, so i’d give it a 10/10 for location. The accommodation is built inside a monument due to which there is not elevator and you have to take the stairs to reach the place but the staff member Vera was extremely helpful and helped us lift our bags up the stairs.
The reception smells amazing, and lifts the mood instantly
Vera also checked us in really quickly and when we asked her for recommendations, she guided us extremely well with places to visit, restaurants, hidden gems of the city etc.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great hotel

This is a small and really nice hotel in the middle of old town in Split, so the location is just perfect.There is no restaurant in the hotel itself, but there are numerous breakfast places around the corner of the hotel, and for lunch and dinner as well. The rooms are very clean and cosy and all of the staff are really nice and helpful with everything. I would absolutely love to come back and stay there if I would travel to Split again!

Great location, modern boutique feel to the rooms, good value

good pick for a night or 2 in Split - very comfortable bed, good shower, super clean - was a little concerned about street noise but things got quite after 11 pm so no biggie. It is up a couple of flights of stairs (with no lift) so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.
