Amazing Service

Great location and amazing Service. We were not sure about the parking situation but realized it was quite intense when arriving in Split. They joined us for a walk to the car and helped us drive around the block to find one hidden lot below. Clean rooms with walking distance to everything.

Excellent location

Valentino so helpful and contacts you through whatsapp to help with any questions!
Ideally located hotel right (walking distance) near the ferry and bus terminal!
5minute walk to all attractions of Split!
Room large, bathroom clean.

Excellent location and service!

Good location for the beach, bus, trains and city center. Nice and very helpful host. Helped with luggage. Nice air condition and clean room. I will definately come back if I go to Split. Recommend this highly.

Lovely stay with excellent service

We arrived to Rooms Valentino all hot and bothered, with two young children, after disembarking a ferry from Hvar. We were pleasantly surprised about how lovely the receptionist was (who incidentally was one of the owners). He was attentive and patient, and genuinely intent on ensuring our stay was pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. He carried our heavy bags, took time to explain everything and show us around, and arranged airport transport at a very reasonable price, and precisely on our terms.
The room was basic but comfortable, with a beautiful view of the harbor and sea.
I was unfortunate to have my flight (incorrectly) cancelled by KLM (I would recommend against flying with them), so called our host back from the airport. He arranged for me to be picked up again, offered me a discounted room (perhaps felt sorry for me) and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of, all with very little notice. For this I won't forget his great hospitality.
Highly recommend this little hidden treasure, behind the station, but with a great central location and accessibility to all things that are nice in Split.

Pleasant stay in good location

There is a transfer bus from the airport to the station, then an interesting crossing of the railway lines and through a gap in the fence to the Valentino. The place is fairly basic, but good value for money. Our room was comfortable, the A/C excellent, and
we did not experience any noise from the trains; the station isn't very busy anyway.
By the station are lots of useful shops, offices and cafes. There is also a good market nearby. The owner of the Valentino, on our arrival, gave us much useful information. The restaurants round the corner served very good breakfasts. From Split we took the ferry to Hvar. Again, it was easy to get to the ferry.
