Dont go here

We had a reservation but when we arrived at the locataion there was no information about the apartment, wich floor or where to go. Called the number in the booking information and after 4 times a lady answered and told me her collegue would come in 10 minutes. We waited outside, tired after the trip and with the luggage. After 10 minutes I got a message that the person was 45 minutes late due to traffic. After 1 hour a man came but he was kind of " lost", didnt now about wich room we have booked and where the key was. Then we contiued waiting in the shared kitchen for someone else to come. We waited and waited and the man didnt now how long it could take. He continued locking for the keys in the apartment meanwhile and then said that the keys should fit all of the rooms (crazy that you couldt lock the door to the room with a key thats only for that room) . We get really frustrated and saw that we could cancel the reservation without any cost at booking, so we did and left the place.
Really bad, the apartment is not the same as in the pictures at booking and the area is not nice. Dont book an apartment here!

impresentable

teniendo una reserva hecha desde febrero llegamos al lugar y llamamos a la chica y nos dice que no nos puede alojar ahi que lo a alquilado esa misma mña a la gente que estaba durmiendo ahi la noche anterior. con eso lo digo todo imaginate la cara que se te queda. no lo recomiendo
