nearly got scammed - booked the apartment with the view on booking.com just to notice that it is still offered for the same period on Expedia. Beware! they are difficult to get hold off - they should be struck off

Do not book!! This place is a scam!

Booked via Expedia and had been given no means of contacting the apartments to arrange a late check-in.
Expedia called, emailed and instant messaged them on my behalf but they did not respond.
Upon arrival at 11pm we eventually managed to get someone on the phone who told us expedia had doubled booked and we had to stay in temporary accommodation. This was akin to a bedsit.
The next day we were moved to our actually apartment which was ok, definitely not luxury and not worth the price.
Another couple were trying to check in that morning and were told that their room was also double booked and they would be staying in the bedsit. (See photos of terrible terrible temp accommodation)
Clearly this is a scam. They are rude and give terrible service.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Nice but not good location

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our holiday. The space was clean, modern and fit for purpose. However, the apartment is not 1 min walk from Diocletian’s Palace as advertised on booking websites, it was in fact 15 mins walk uphill. This was not convenient as we wanted somewhere central and we had lots of bags to carry.
The rep Ivana was very helpful and answered all our questions as soon as possible.
Note: check out is at 10am not 10pm as advertised on the website and there is nowhere to store luggage on site after check out. However you can pay to store luggage for the day near the port for 15kn per day as suggested by Ivana.

Horrible experience. They trick you with pictures of a terrace and a view but when you get there you have nothing, just a small window to a dirty courtyard. It seems is their business model.. just one apartment has a terrace but all the rest are advertised with the same pictures. It can be called a scam. After complaining and going after the owner they offered a small reimbursement but the vacation was ruined anyway. There are so many better and well located places, don’t waste time and money here.

Don't book here, those are thieves and liars, the place does't exist! It's the worst experience ever !

We booked a 'Nera luxury appartments' for two nights at september 2019 . We made a prepaid reservation more then month before arriving. We were trying to contact the owner by email few days before our arrival to find out where to get the keys, but nobody unswered. We arrived by the adress of appartment at the check inn time, but nobody was there. We were trying to call the owner. Some women answered the phone and said , she will contact us back. After an hour of waiting by the door , we got an information ( by SMS) , appartment is not available (booked and paid by us) . As well the owners stopped unswering the phone calls. We were left with small kids in a heat with no accomodation, cheated and robbed... Don't book this place , unless you want to be treated like us!!! The place doesn't exist, or it is overbooked, or maybye somebody is trying to wheedle the money like that... But anyways it's better to stay away from this place !!! They are thieves and liars !!!
