Luxurious! Friendly staf! And you cannot get any more central than this hotel. Although in the very city center the room is quiet. Room was large, with a large bathroom. Clean! I recommend. Be careful though what Floor you are. there are at least 3 hotels in the same building.

Don’t stay here

Pick a different hotel in Split. This place is not great. Stayed for one night and they didn’t have hot water. Front desk staff offered a refund but didn’t know how to process it on credit card. They said they’d pay me via bank transfer and I followed up for 3 weeks before giving up. Mediocre rooms, incompetent staff, and not worth your money.

Concerning

The hotel overall was pretty comfortable and nice, but the staff was beyond horrendous. Followed by a strange man claiming to be security. Extremely aggressive of the first approach. Tried restricting me from walking to my room claiming that I am “not allowed to walk the halls” ( my friends were next door). Extremely disappointed with the treatment of the staff. Did not feel welcome nor safe. The exchange was very direct with me expressing how uncomfortable his attitude and approach was considering the fact that quote “I am being followed everywhere I go with the cameras.- an immediate concern for my safety. The gentleman’s name was “Luke”. And again there is no staff present at check in. Or at any point in the lobby even in the broad daylight. The staff was very rude and I do not recommend staying here if you are in the mood to put up an argument and feel scared for the remainder of your stay. Thank you!

The hotel had a great location and good access, the room was spacious as well as the bathroom which is rare. But the bed mattress was a hammock, so wore out that I couldn’t sleep. There seems that receptionist was the only staff available, thanks God we didn’t need anything urgent. So price/value was not good
