Apartment to avoid in split

9 professional women had this apartment booked for a couple of special birthdays. Most of us were in 40's and 50's. The original booking made in 2020, agreed we could have an early check in and late check out. This special holiday was moved to 2021 due to covid. Sadly the world went into another lock down and we had to move this special occasion holiday to 2022. At no point did the owners inform us when we arrived or the day before leavibg we had to depart at 11am. Therefor lots of miscommunication on both sides. Fortunately 3 out of four days were pleasant. The owners were respectful. The only complaints we were going to raise was the lack of mirrors and plug sockets in each apartment, the quality of towels in the rooms, no shower curtain on top floor apartment and the smell of the drains from the top floor apartment. Minimal discrepancies. Unfortunately the last day ruined the holiday. Luckily 3 of chose to stay by the pool and 6 went to the beach. The owners had another party arrive before 11am. They had to leave their belongings in the pool room. At 11am the father and one of the sons very rudely demanded we empty all the apartments immediately. Granted they agreed we could stay by the pool till 3pm but our freind who was the lead booking the holiday showed them all the emails with confirmation of late checkout. Unfortunately long story short all the family became very rude, imitidating, angry and aggressive. We agreed to immediately vacate the top floor apartment and call the rest of the group to return. Whilst doing this the family started to empty the other apartments of all our belongings. Clothes, underwear, money, personal belongings rather than waiting for the rest of the group to return. We were allowed to stay by the pool and one of the sons agreed to give us a free lift to the airport on condition we gave a good review before picking us up. There are many nice places to stay so I would suggest looking elsewhere so this kind of insulting aggressive behaviour does not happen to anyone else.
