Fantastic apartment, centre of old town
We stayed in the upstairs flat, which is a spacious one bedroom place. Good shower, excellent cooking amenities and very comfortable bed.
The owners really were fantastic and throughout the stay they were always there whenever we needed anything. My flight got delayed but she waited for us to arrive (at 2 in the morning!!) with a wide smile on her face.
This place is also great value for money - very cosy, in the heart of old town and won't cost you arms and legs. Can't suggest enough!

delightful owners and excellent situation
There are two apartments and we rented both. The ground floor one would not suit anyone claustrophobic as the bed room has no windows, it stays very cool though! The rest of the apartment is good however with lots of attention to what people might need on holiday by way of cooking, eating etc. The was even a small washing machine.
The second floor apartment is up a fairly narrow steep stair. We're not exactly the leaping up mountain type but the stairs weren't a problem. The upstairs apartment was very good indeed, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. I loved the long pulley line outside the window. I've seen these for years and sad person that I am, was thrilled to actually use one, made me feel like a real local!!!
Virna met us to allow us to bring in our cars to unload our luggage at the apartment which is in the old town. She them went with us to show us where to park and when we left her husband took us plus luggage back to our cars in the free parking zone. Great service!

Dos apartamentos en el casco antiguo de Rovinj.
Son dos apartamentos en un antiguo edificio en centro histórico de Rovinj.El apartamento numero 1 es el mejor,un bonito apartamento con paredes de piedra que al estar en la planta baja evita tener que subir la escalera.El numero 2 en la planta superior ,es también un acogedor y confortable studio para dos o tres personas,la pega es la incomoda escalera de madera,son dos tramos angostos y empinados difíciles para subir con maletas y para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad.
Nosotros nos hospedamos en el studio 2 que tiene una sala comedor grande con un sofá cama,mesa con sillas,una gran comoda o chiffonier antiguo,frigorifico grande,tv,aire acondicionado,fogon moderno y uno antiguo a leña,armarios con vajilla completa(fuentes,cacerolas,,platos,copas,tazas,manteles,cubiertos,plancha para la ropa,etc).En la ventana que abre a la calle hay un tender para colgar la ropa.
El dormitorio bastante mas chico que la sala tiene una ventana a un patio oscuro.cuenta con una cama matrimonial y un placard grande y antiguo.
La sala de baño sin bidet,con ducha y con un amplio armario con cajonera.
MAS=La Situación es excelente,a unos 450 metros de la estación de autobuses,a 50 metros de la principal calle comercial de Rovinj y a 100 metros del paseo marítimo y de la puerta de entrada al casco antiguo.
La simpatía de los propietarios,el matrimonio integrado por la croata Virna y el italiano Antonio( Antonio habla bien el español).
La limpieza.
El abundante material turístico sobre Rovinj e Istria(folletos,mapas,revistas) que dejan en el apartamento.
MENOS=La escalera para llegar al apartamento 2.
La ausencia de artículos de higiene personal en la sala de baño,no dejan jabon liquido o en pastillas,ni shampoo ni gel para ducha.
No hacen limpieza diaria del apartamento ni cambio de toallas.
