Love at first sight :)

Perfect place to have a quite vacation... Big swimming pool with hot water, jaccuzi, olive trees, pure nature...Very kind host, always available. Hotel area is very clean and tidy. We will come back...

Good price for Krk in a busy season

A quit small hotel 10 min walk from the sea , run by a nice family. Rooms are clean and have a reasonable size. The pool is pleasant. The big advantage is the parking lot for guests, it is very difficult to find a parking in Punat.

Hot water? No thanks

This week we were supposed to stay 3 nights at Villa Sunce but we left immediately after a cold shower and thus discovering the B&B was not providing hot water. You can have issues but you can't sell lies to your customers.

Small comfortable hotel on the edge of town

Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the town, it's beaches and restaurants. There is plenty to see on the island and with more time and energy we would have taken some boat trips in Kvarner bay - as it was we just relaxed. The hotel is in Punat and everything is close at hand. You need to pay them in Kune although they quote in Euros - must be cash so make sure you have enough. Breakfast is good and they will cook ham & eggs, omelette etc. is no bar but they will sell you cold beers to enjoy on the terrace from 3-10pm.

Nice place, but cleaning staff forgot to close our room.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly for the most part, the only exception being our breakfast on the first day. The person doing the breakfast only went around picking up plates, never asked if we wanted anything, nor did she stop at our table when we tried to ask for something. From the second it was different person, he always came to all the tables, asked if we liked our breakfast and told us about the things we can order fresh made (There is bread, cereal, cold cuts and hardboiled eggs you can take yourself, but you can ask for pancakes and ham and eggs).
We did end up having a bit of a scare one day. When left in the morning we locked the door (of this I am sure, my girlfriend always checks this at least 3 times), but when we came back the door was not locked, cleaning staff probably left it open, but at least nothing went missing.
With the cleaning staff we also had a second bit of trouble. In the bathroom they have a sticker on the wall explaining if you want your towel changed leave it on the floor, if it's on the rack they will take as you wish to use it again. One morning I cut myself while shaving, so the towel ended up being a bloody mess. I left on the floor when we left, but it was only hung up again when we got back. I gave it another try the next day to no avail, but the receptionist was really kind when I told him about this and gave us fresh towel immeadiately.
Overall the place and the people are nice, just don't be shy and tell them if you need anything, once you bring something to their attention they will be sure to help you.
