The hotel is really nice. Clean, renewed, nothing to say about it and the room which was perfect as expected. Just in front of the beach, as expected as well, no surprise and pretty nice with the children…Toni welcomed us really well, and he is ALWAYS available, which is just amazing…!
So thank you Toni, nice place!

Booked a room for one adult and two kids. 9 and 11. there was only one double bed which is one bed to little. Outside that. Helpfull personall, nice hotel, clean, right at the beach. Thumbs up

Very hot room, AC did not work. We left earlier then we supposed to because of AC, we could not sleep.
Man in reception was nice and tried to help by bring a fan.
No breakfast in the hotel. Restaurant in the same buildning served a good and fresh breakfast but expensive.

We arrived at a very well-maintained hotel with private parking, which made it easy to park our car.
Our room was spotless and in excellent condition. It had a lovely balcony where we could relax in the shade and enjoy breakfast using the refrigerator in the room to keep our food and drinks cold.
On the ground floor, the hotel has a restaurant serving à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The beach is located just outside the restaurant, so it took less than a minute to walk from our room to the beautiful sandy beach and the wonderful Adriatic sea.
In the evening, the staff gave us great recommendations for places to visit in Split’s Old Town. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful.
We were very happy with our stay and will most likely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Split..

Beatyful location, nice bar, good food.
Nice room.
But its very load noice in the other room.
And the have party, and very loude.
So very little sleep.
Not for normal people to live there.
