Top managers and food... the slightly dated structure needs to be reviewed.

Starting from the premise that the rating of four is the average of the rating for the structure (3 because it really needs a major restyling) and the rating of the owners/managers and the kitchen (5 with full marks). The location is strategic, just outside the city of Pag but in half an hour you arrive at the opposite side of the island, it has a small beach under the hotel and Igor and Ivana are very kind, friendly and approachable. Basically, the two of them fan almost everything and know how to make you feel at home. The food is really excellent: a very abundant buffet breakfast and for dinner there is always a meat menu and a fish menu of your choice including starter/first course, main course, side dish and dessert at an excellent price. I highly recommend going half board because you can enjoy an excellent dinner at an excellent price (it's very expensive outside).
Unfortunately the guys are not the owners (they manage it), so they already do their best; shame about the structure being a little too dated, with some improvements the place but above all the two managers would make the leap in quality they deserve.

Lovely Place

I just spent 2 nights and 2 days at Hotel Biser as a solo traveller. I felt very comfortable with my stay. My room was nice and faced Seaview as l had requested. Air-conditioning worked and bathroom was very functional.
I did not have any problems with my room. The hotel owner Igor was so helpful. The hotel was only offer breakfast at this time which was substantial so lunch or dinner he drove me to town.
The hotel is clean and the views are great
The beach is down a long.zig zag staircase but worth it.

1 night stay

I was there actually in August 2017 but there is no option to put that year, and i am very sorry for the delay but I think it's better late than never :) anyway, i'm not really sure but that year or the year before (if not i'm sorry) the owners changed and this place became so much better. Previous owner had a terrible terrible taste in decorations so there was one hallway with all this dead animals hanging on the walls which is really expected since he was a hunter. And it was completely understandable that they had to make some profit in order to start renovating. I don't quite know if they changed something since I haven't been there since, but even if they didn't it's ok, we can say it's part of the old charm, people working there are so nice that you can't really blame them for anything. To sum up, it was great. Very nice service, everything was clean, we had a parking spot etc. I will visit again in 2020 since I have plans to visit Pag once more before I leave for work and I know I will again be thrilled with that place. I really wish all the best for the owners, they do deserve it :)

I love this place. Amazing outdoor terrace with shade of trees where you can chill and relax right by the see. View is stunning. Cousy room, great food and VERY friendly stuff. I'd reccomend it to anyone!!

Family hotel with great food

Again,excellent time spent at this hotel. Great and lovely staff as always but this time "Pag lamb" left me speachless and the rakija was great too. This is best value for money, without any doubt. See you next year.
