New, quiet apartment with encompassing view.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, crossing by Ploce ferry and arriving by rental car at 1 PM. Cheerful Andrea greeted us, directed our parking and led us up 2 flights of stairs. She showed us around her spacious tiled apartment, adjusted the small TV (Bloomberg/CNN/ CCTV in English), pointed out the direct 500 m walking route down to the port and detailed the two Korcula ferries. The bathroom has a curtained shower and small sink, the bedroom contains a comfortable queen (closet and 2 nightstands), both with opening windows showing an olive grove up to the sheltering mountain range. The kitchen-living room had a large dining table with 4 upholstered chairs, nice daybed couch and glass doors to the large shared balcony with table and chairs, and an encompassing view of Orebic port and the channel islands to Korcula Island.
This new, quiet apartment would be perfect if the bathroom shower had a glass enclosure, towel warmer and a sink light, but it does have good secure WIFI, a most complete kitchen (large refer, micro, coffee maker, oven, stove, pots/pans and full kitchenware), wonderful view and a Konzum supermarket within 350 m.
Overall it was a great stay and a good value.
