Great apartment and a lovely landlady!
Me and my 4 friends stayed here for the ambition of good party and a nice time. The location is perfect and the service excellent. We strongly recommend the top floor! When you travel to Croatia, make sure to bring money! And cook the food in the apartment, the restaurants around the area are very bad!

Best landlady ever!
The landlady (Marina) at apartment diva was the most generous, kindest, caring and friendly lady I have ever met.
To have a landlady living in the same building can feel a little daunting but Marina has ensured that she has done everything she can to make our trip memorable. She really made the trip a hundred times better.
On our first day, my brother had an accident at one of the clubs and the next morning we asked marina about the hospital and she actually took us in her car to the A&E....caring and helpful!
The apartment itself is great. Very spacious and large bedrooms. Balconies. Kitchen area with essentials. Strong showers. 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.
But I am just overwhelmed with the nicest level of service Marina provided to us. Cannot even think of a bad word to say about the place/host which is why I have given 5 stars.

A diamond in the rough!
I cannot express my gratitude to Marina enough, she made our stay at her apartments more than comfortable and did everything she cook to make us feel welcome. Pag and Zcre are places I wouldnt visit again personally but if I were Diva apartments are the first place I would try and stay, they are spotlessly clean, more than comfortable and Marina will bend over backwards to help, she provided directions, advice, did washing, looked after any valuables and was just generally a star.
If you are heading to Novalja look no further than here for somewhere to stay, the penthouse apartment is more than comfortable for 6-7 people and the kitchen is fully equipped to feed even us blokes!

Everything you need to enjoy Novalja right here
If you are coming to enjoy Novalja and party in Zrce beach this is a great base. The location is right in the middle of Novalja yet provide free parking. The lady who runs the place is extremely helpful. She stayed up until 2AM waiting for us to arrive because of huge delays as we were driving from Munich. The apartment itself has air conditioning, pretty comfortable beds, nice fridge, everything is fairly new. Granted, some of the mattresses were not very comfortable, but you get what you pay for. Our stay came out to under $50 per person but we had an awesome balcony, perfect location, and spacious, air conditioned place. Oh, and the wifi worked very well. Each room has its own router.

Amazing Stay
I have recently come back from the Island of Pag in Navolja, It was amazing place to go visit if you have never been, Everything is amazing. Now to hep you-
Do not go too early, a mistake i made, Middle of June, 15,16 onwards is when it starts to get rolling into the summer period. The place is made for a rave. Not a place for families in the party season.
The beaches are clean, you see crabs and scorpions, which i slept with, and they are not poisonous, which i found out after, but you will rarely see scorpions i was supposedly lucky 8)
The apartment is a short walk from the main part of Novalja, loads of restaurants and bars, theres a decent club too. Main part for clubbing is a short taxi trip away, around £7 between 5 people. The beach is full of bars and clubs and is a rave waiting to happen. Papaya is Kicking, pretty big club and don't take your phones out, it does get messy, with a pool in a club.....Trust me
The Apartment itself is amazing, You will meet Marina who is an Angel, she helps with everything, she will always ask you to treat the place like your own, take care of her, she is amazing. Taxi's, Advise on places and having a very relaxed manager who also understands how to control things in the right way is the best combination for a good stay.
Rooms are amazing, air con, Tv, Kitchen with all essentials, and also a fridge microwave and a cooker, the main supermarket which is cheap and huge is a short walk away, and quads are around the corner.
The rooms are nice, no problems with the bathrooms, they were quality, Also has a small BBQ in the back which we left in a state and Marina and her brother kindly cleaned.....It was a state, Great food though.
The food is quality, when you are on the strip try the mexican place, bad boy....they have alot of fresh fish and lamb, not much chicken?
Drinks are expensive in the clubs compared to other designations but n the real party season its expected, the place is a good rave...
It was a 21 man stag, im battered and i cant right any more, all you need to know go at the right time, look after marina and you are going to have a blast
