excellent stay in Pasto

The stay in general was very good, magnificent attention from all the staff who are always attentive and pleasant, the good seasoning in the restaurant and the cleanliness in all areas also stand out.

Read and decide

Stayed for the week of the carnaval.
Very good central location, between the two main plazas.
Spacious rooms.
Perfect daily cleaning.
Restraunt offers dinner menu.
VERY helpful receptionists.
Things I didn't like:
They don't respond to reservation correspondence, even after promising to do so. I had to ask a local friend to call and nag.
Brkfst is small and repetitive.
Hot water in the shower only after a 3 minutes wait; at the sink - only after running the shower as well (!).
The hotel is a 3-floors open atrium, with loud acoustics. My room was directly above the rstrnt's noise. Ask for a room in another section.

Very close to everything important

A very pleasant experience, the kindness of the staff, they left us a hot drink and some cookies every night, they also left a hot water bottle to warm the blankets. Everyone very attentive, including those in the restaurant.

Fantastic Hotel in centre of town

An excellent hotel in the centre of town. Fantastic staff who will do all they can to make you comfortable. The night we stayed it was chilly- our turndown service included fruit tea and a hot water bottle. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the hotel felt like a happy place to work. The one drawback is there is no lift, but Orlando the concierge was more than willing to carry our bags up to the third floor for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, modern hotel

We stayed in this hotel after visiting Santuario de Las Lajas. The service was great, very attentive and accommodating. We ate dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed a great bottle of wine. Breakfast buffet was very nice. The beds and bedding were top quality. We would definitely stay there again.
