Attention and beauty of the place

Excellent accommodation, excellent place and excellent service. Valere has a beautiful place and helped us in everything we need. There are opinions that definitely want to smear the place and it has NOTHING to do with what they say. Do not miss the opportunity of this beautiful place, a spectacular house, completely normal hot earth insects and humidity also characteristic of Palomino, but the place is beautiful, everything clean and tidy.

It's a horrible place, totally dirty, the beds smelled damp to a level that makes you sick, the gentleman is a con man NEVER stay here is the worst

TERRIBLE TRATO DEL PROPIETARIO DURANTE LA RESERVA

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA AL RESERVAR. El propietario del lugar ha intentado aprovecharse y cobrar por encima de la tarifa expuesta a través de Booking.com, ha sido grosero y ha enviado audios ofensivos. Es una persona con poco profesionalismo y servicio al cliente. Pará ser una persona extranjera que se está lucrando en un país extraño al suyo donde se le han abierto las puertas, parece déspota y abusivo. Yo también soy extranjero pero considero que hay que tratar mejor a las personas y no querer sacar partido y por sobre todo ser más respetuoso. Les sugiero buscar otros lugares, hay mucha oferta en Palomino con mejor servicio al clientes de antemano. Agradezco que devolvió nuestro dinero sin solicitud pero fue un trato muy grosero, intolerante y prepotente. Pueden solicitarme los audios que la persona me ha enviado donde se denota su trato irrespetuoso escribiendo a polivaresd@gmail.com
