Overall really enjoyed staying here, the views are great, the balcony was awesome and the location was great. Easy check-in process. One complaint - they ask you to wear a bracelet for your entire stay that gives you access to the building and the pool. We took these bracelets off, as it is not wise to signal to the public that your are a tourist by displaying a bright colored bracelet as you walk around the city. As a result of removing the bracelet they would not let us access the pool, even thought we showed them the active reservation and the cut off bracelets. This should be corrected, as we are not children or spring breakers walking around with plastic bracelets.

Excellent apartment to stay, i was there for one week and i love it!
Beautiful apartment in new condition, beautiful view! washer and dryer.
Easy and fast communication with the owner, i defiantly recommend this place! and go back for shore! Thank you so much for everything :-)

Awesome place quiet very safe and excellent pool the only downside it is far from main town cost you around 25 dollars for taxi to Centro but it’s definitely worth seeing for few day

The apartment was in an excellent location—right across the street from the beach, a five‑minute walk to a large supermarket (Olimpica), and another five minutes to the biggest shopping center. We even walked to the walled city several times.
The apartment itself was outstanding: very clean, very spacious (2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, plus an additional toilet near the entrance), and it featured a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the sea, the old city, and the southern part of Bocagrande.
The building’s top floor (40) has a beautiful swimming pool with a built‑in jacuzzi and plenty of shaded areas. To our surprise, the apartment also had its own washer‑dryer, which was extremely convenient.
A family of four could easily stay here comfortably. The concierge and security staff were always friendly and helpful.
We will definitely return the next time we’re in Cartagena.

The room and the staff were excellent. My only negative was the “No visitors” policy. I would have booked elsewhere if I noticed that in the site description. It would have been nice to have wash cloths in the bath rooms. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The view was spectacular. An Alexa system was in the room for music and assistance. The windows had electronic shades. The decor was cool and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware & cooking utensils etc. The refrigerator made ice and had a freezer. There was a washer & dryer in the room. Everything was essentially perfect in the room like an apartment that someone left ready to move in.
