Top Hotel in Buga, Colombia

Excellent Hotel, An absolutely beautiful place to visit for Breakfast, Lunch, Cocktails, The Pool ! A wonderful place to host a party, wedding, Birthday Celebration . The staff are well trained and treat the guests respectfully and expeditiously! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Buga, Colombia ! From the front desk to the Hotel Suites its a wonderful experience. It is an older Hotel but this is part of its charm. I have and will stay here again

Very pretty, a bit overpriced, clean and comfortable. Great location and grounds.

Very beautiful California-colonial style hotel with interesting history. Great location walking distance from main attraction (the Basilica). Good breakfast. Other than the lady at the front desk, I wasn't particularly pleased with staff: waiters, waitresses, housekeepers. They were not friendly. I felt rushed when I was still inside packing the last few items in my suitcase when they came in and started pulling the sheets off the bed. I felt rushed and as if I were being kicked out. It's a beautiful hotel but not worth the nightly rate they charge. Hot tubs weren't hot.

Grand Old Dame of a Hotel

I LOVED this place. If you are charmed by older hotels, you will, too. Our room was huge, with high ceilings and a sitting room next to the window. Although we didn't need it, there was tons of storage in our room. Upon check-in, there were so many people ready to help you (there was an issue with room keys working).
Bathroom was spacious and well appointed.
