地理位置不错，出行倒是很方便，但是卫生条件不是很好，被子有股烟味，房间装修很陈旧，老板服务态度很好。

首先，对于您的不适入住体验，我深感歉意！客房卫生要求的是很严格的，做到一人一换，换下来的布草送洗专业的洗涤公司洗涤并高温消毒。硬件上的不足，希望可以通过人性化的服务来弥补！希望每一个入住过我们锦丰主题宾馆的客人，都能够有宾至如归的感觉！您的满意是我们进步的动力,期待您的再次光临！

一般，空间大小还可以，酒店大厅装修较新房间较旧，其他方面睡觉有蚊子，十二点之前旁边ktv较吵，床品一般

尊敬的宾客，感谢您对酒店的诚恳点评，对于您在酒店入住期间的经历，我们深表遗憾！但是我们家的客房卫生并不比大的星级酒店差，客房布草一人一换，所有布草一律送洗专业的洗涤公司，高温杀毒处理。客房有任何问题，都可以和我们前台沟通，打一个内线电话，我们都会尽力解决的。因为您预订的房型是经济双床房，楼层较低（2楼），而酒店位置沿街的，靠路边的一侧客房会有些过往的车流声。我们希望每一位入住我们锦丰主题宾馆的客人，都能够有宾至如归的入住体验。您有任何问题，都可以和我们及时沟通,我们一定会尽力解决的!感恩每一次遇见。期待您的再次光临！

敬的宾客，感谢您对酒店的点评,对于您在酒店入住期间的不适体验，我们深表遗憾 .因为我们南方持续降雨，高温潮湿，所以，多有蚊虫，而小飞虫多有趋光性，可能是因为房间的灯光吸引了一些小飞虫，客房都配备了蚊香液，亮灯后，最好关上门窗，就能有效避免此类情况。我们酒店的定位就是经济，便捷，价格亲民，但是我们的客房卫生并不比大的星级酒店差，客房布草一人一换，所有布草一律送洗专业的洗涤公司，高温杀毒处理。客房，公共区域每日都有做消毒工作。我们这个月才专门做了消杀工作。酒店硬件上的不足，我们会用心的用贴心的服务来弥补。我们用心的对待每一位入住旅客，希望每一位入住我们家酒店的客人，都能够有宾至如归的入住体验。您有任何问题，都可以和我们及时沟通,我们一定会尽力解决的。
