卫生差地上有蟑螂，同时进的酒店在三楼，从七楼上去要到二楼的，然后反正就拐过来拐，我去接才到三楼同事二楼有个火锅店味道巨大，晚上回去吓人

没有你说的那么夸张，总共就三层楼，你还说有七楼，我们的卫生随时都是干干净净的，哪个酒店从2楼到3楼，没有拐弯的地方？我们宾馆该注意哪些环节，我们会去注意的，你们一帮人不要因为一个人影响全部，谢谢

忘记拍房内照片，跟网上一样，前台小妹和保安大哥以及楼层服务员都非常热情，服务意识很高！床垫特别厚实舒服，再多配一个枕头就好了。
但是如果一个普通配置的宾馆要收两百多一晚，卫生有待加强，卫生间配的一次性杯子，拿起来下面全是烟灰，水龙头也都是水垢，明显没有好好做过卫生。然后别人评论的关于空调和热水的问题属实，空调外机和内机声音都有点大，洗澡要迅速不然就没热水了，要再等一会儿另一个人才能再洗。

房间只能说是表面看着光鲜亮丽 实则非常烂 房间的床单被罩不是每天换 第一次见换床单被罩还要请示老板的酒店😅 保洁还怪我说都是两天三天换一次 第一天去的时候身上痒的要命 而且晚上晚一点回来洗澡就没有热水了😅 洗着洗着水就变凉了 真的很让人无语。。。。。
