春节期间来应城泡温泉，宜尚，汉庭，城市便捷那些酒店都要300+或者350+，觉得性价比不高，搜到了悦美酒店，300不到。来到酒店之后，发现非常好！前台服务态度好！房间干净整洁！洗浴用品是丁家宜的，一人一小支，味道好闻！一次性拖鞋和洗浴的拖鞋是分开的，还有一次性毛巾，洗漱杯子是一次性纸杯，太细节了！真正做到了洗浴用品一次性！非常好！商务智能大床房房间很大！双床房会小一点！我们订了2间房！但是双床也很干净！

同事出差推荐的宾馆，到了看到大厅非常干净整洁，对面干净。房间里一点异味都没有，卫生间也非常干净整洁。各种设施齐全，也非常实用的。还有一次性毛巾供应，一次性坐便套，很贴心，让人感觉入住放心。前台接待也很热情周到，天热🥵🥵，主动拿来冰镇矿泉水，心里暖暖的。住了快一个月了！经常看到服务人员清洗门窗地板，垃圾桶也很干净。
门口就可以停车，停车位也很多，非常nice

清明节前订的房间，六天的行程，先是订了两天塌塌米的房型，想感受一下体验感会不会好吧，个人对这间迷你间还是满意的，房间设备是智能型的，简约的风格，房间内没有异味，马桶也配有一次性套垫，基本住宿要用到的设备也都有，也觉得没有必要换其他的酒店了，第二天就续订了四天，当中出现了一点意外换了房型，有点小不愉快，毕竟是工作人员的疏忽导致，但是也积极在沟通协调，后面的房型就是普通的标准间，胜在都干净卫生。不知道这是不是小酒店的通病，隔音特别不好，几个晚上都是被吵醒，房间，走廊各种奇葩噪音，夜晚能吵到2、3点也真是没谁了，早上走道也是各种开门关门，退房、包括服务员做卫生拖车的声音，说话声都听得清清楚楚，太影响客人休息，希望店家能一点一点做到完善吧。
店长和前台服务很好，很热情，态度也值得赞一下的

看我们年纪小，服务态度很差，本来定的是榻榻米，到酒店之后跟我说榻榻米满房了，网上提前定的订单被续住的给挤了，还看我年纪小不想给我原定房型，升级房间加钱，还得按当日房价加钱，还好我态度坚定，前台不耐烦我更不耐烦，成功踢走续住维护自己权益住下榻榻米！
