这个小区距离天文馆很近，和女朋友一起来天文馆玩，住在房东的民宿体验感很不错，所有的家电都是小米的都很智能，缺什么管家也会及时送上门，体验感不错，出门就可以打车，距离商圈也近，推荐推荐

这家民宿完全超出了我的预期从预订开始，客服人员就特别耐心，各种问题都解答得很详细。到店后，精美的装修和热情的服务让人心情超好。房间里有免费矿泉水，还有准备一次性卸妆巾，体验感拉满，必须好评

看到介绍是2024年开业的民宿，想着比较新，实际损坏程度还是蛮厉害的，房间显得不是那么干净。污渍挺多的，保洁的不好。沙发有种起球旧旧的感觉。最糟糕是床，是我近年来各类酒店名宿睡过的最最硬的床，硬到整晚没睡着。停车费用非常高，每次进出超过一小时，就有5-20不等的停车费，我们因为在周边办事，需要进出好多趟，入住24小时支付了好几十停车费。另外，基于节假日四百+的房费，是不是可以给用品略微升级一点，薄如蝉翼的拖鞋和完全不起泡沫的洗发水真的好尴尬。

给您带来不便十分抱歉，停车费这个事情，首先我们平台标注的停车收费，5块钱一小时，二十四小时20块钱这是人家小区定的，也有事先给您说过，接受不了您完全可以提前说，400+的房费在节假日我们家已经是最便宜的了哈，您如果觉得五一节假日四百多您能住到比我们性价比还高的，基本也是不现实的，因为我们离地铁，离海昌都很近的。给您带来不便十分抱歉

房主超级难沟通，连个客服都没有，挂一个房源链接卖多个小区，在携程订了提前入住11点，为了离家近给家里人定的，连住8天，房主非说我定的小区没有房子让我去其他小区，好不容易下午2点才有房源，进去地面老脏了，也不知道到底打扫没，沙发上竟然有好多指甲盖，房东没有一点抱歉，只是让保洁过来当着我们面拆下沙发套用洗衣机洗，竟然没有替换的沙发套，折腾了半天都快下午3点了，洗了一个多小时，我们自己晾的，第二天才铺上沙发套，真的第一次住到这么惨的民宿，要不是这个小区离家近，坚决不住了，提前一天离开，房东还给我来个浴巾找不到了，说话阴阳怪气的，那浴巾讲真我以为是保洁阿姨擦地的抹布根本没敢用。体验太差了

给您带来不便请谅解，其实归根结底就是没有让您提前入住，所以导致您开始挑刺，提前入住这项权益应该写的很清楚是有空房的情况下可以提前入住，您入住那天是个周六，周五我们满房，周六没有空房，至于您说的替换沙发套，您入住之前，我已经跟保洁阿姨说过了，阿姨也特殊保洁过，您之所以弄出来一堆脏东西，不就是因为没让您提前入住您不高兴了而已呗，最后那个毛巾浴巾阿姨都是放一个袋子里拿房间里，有毛巾就一定有浴巾，偷了就是偷了，别装不知道，您竟然觉得脏，为什么还要偷呢。

房间设施齐全，入住满意，距离临港地铁枢纽中转站步行900多米，打车在起步价之内，2室一厅，每个房间设施齐全。
