体验感极差，服务态度极差，图片房型与预定房型完全不符，到店对此表示疑问，她不但有一堆理由，还用怼人的方式和语气，让人很不舒服

我这里标准大床有十几间我不可能把所有图片都放上去，有两张代表图，您非要两个里面的另一间，我也跟您说的很清楚，有客人先跟我预定了那间您看中的房间，您入住的房间您也是看过的，不满意您可以免费取消订单的，我们没有强制要求客人一定要入住的呀！！！
