设施太老，酒店显的很脏，早餐一般，位置是市中心，第一次来平凉，在网上选择的平凉宾馆，通过网上介绍选定的，入住后感觉与网上介绍有差距，我还故意选择了贵宾楼，下次如果酒店不重装，我肯定不会入住了。

宾馆步行可达柳湖公园，地理位置好，可是房子里的设施都旧了，房间一股厕所味道，一晚上都没有睡好，希望好好整顿一下。

位置很不错，免费停车，场地很大，住的一楼，早早起床赶路，自己泡面泡速溶咖啡失手打翻把白色被套弄脏了，主动告知客服，最后结果是花了100元把被子优惠买走了。
