Such a beautiful lobby!
As soon as you walk in, you notice this really pleasant hotel scent and all the cool artwork everywhere. It was our first time staying here, and we loved the unique mix of Portuguese and Chinese design. The staff were all so nice and super quick to help with any questions. Our room was absolutely spotless with no weird smells, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry layout.

Good service
An old and young family came to Macau for a vacation, and the children wanted to ride a cable car and took them to stay in the palace in Macau. The building equipment is still very new to look very careful, and the decoration is also great. Coming to the front desk to stay here, the attitude of the staff, Terry, is very good to talk, the view of the room with a sense of humor is also very helpful, and there is also a little sister who will look at the colors, see me carrying both children will actively provide children with customary supplies and drawings, children have loved. Thank you for arranging both of them, this trip was a pleasure.

Great experience!
It is a great experience to stay in Wynn for a family trip. The hotel stuff, Thousand, was really nice and help me a lot. The facilities are great, new and clean. The location is very convenient. The new food court is nice.

The location of the Wynn Palace Hotel, which we stayed at on 9thApril, is absolutely fantastic. It’s nestled among mountains and by a body of water, with a fountain view. Watching the fountain show at night, which was broadcast both inside the hotel and on TV, was incredibly relaxing. The front desk staff, Koma, was extremely considerate and helpful, providing us with information about the hotel’s layout and relevant services. It was truly impressive and wonderful. We’ll definitely come back if we have the chance in the future.
