The Best Family-Friendly Luxury Hotel in Macau 가족여행으로 최고의 호텔
5.30~6.1 방문했던 한국인 가족입니다. 아이 생일을 기념으로 한국과 가까운 마카오로 방문했습니다. 최근에 한국에서 마카오를 방문하는 가족단위의 여행객들이 많아지고, 다녀온 친구들이 모두 추천하여 방문하였습니다. 세인트레지스는 처음이었으나, 아멕스 플래티넘 카드 제휴 호텔이 세인트레지스와 포시즌스였고, 아멕스플래티넘에서 선정한 호텔은 한번도 실패한 적이 없어서 예약하였습니다. 위치는 런더너호텔쪽에 있어서 공항에서 무료 셔틀을 타고 5분정도 가니 도착하였습니다. 개인적으로 위치는 너무 좋았습니다. 왜냐면 자동차를 좋아하는 아들이 마차와 버스 종류가 많은 런던 스타일의 호텔을 아주 좋아했습니다. 또한 지은지 얼마 안된것 같은 신식건물이라 모든것이 깨끗하고 관리도 잘 되어있었습니다. 또한 윈 팰리스 분수쇼를 보러갈때도 도보로 5분 이내로 걸릴 정도였습니다. 베네치안 호텔과도 연결되어있어서 어디든 가기 편한 위치였습니다. 세인트레지스에서 체크인을 하면서 직원으로부터 호텔에서 열리는 샴페인 파티부터 24시간 무료 음료 서비스, 버틀러 서비스를 상세하게 전달받았습니다. 방에 들어가니 아기의 생일을 축하하는 풍선들과 과일들이 준비되어있었습니다. 잠시후 직원분이 오셔서 아이의 생일케이크를 언제 준비해드릴건지 물어보신후 케이크와 가족 사진을 촬영한 후 사진을 인화해 선물로 주셨습니다. 수영장은 8층? 에 위치해있고, 빅벤이 보입니다. 카바나와 썬베드 모두 무료였고, 수영장 직원들이 너무 친절했습니다. 수영장에서 주문한 토마토스파게티는 아이가 먹기에 짜지 않고 매우 좋았습니다. 수질이 매우 깨끗했습니다. 조식당에서도 직원들이 아이의 생일을 축하한다며 한국어로 생일 축하합니다 노래를 불러주었습니다. 아이가 너무 기뻐하는걸 보니 부모인 저희도 행복했습니다. 조식당을 이틀 내내 가면서 직원들의 훌륭한 서빙과 서비스를 경험했습니다. 체크아웃할때 저희 캐리어중 하나가 수화물 운송중에 파손되었는데, 그 사실을 알고 John garcia 직원분이 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 방문한후 꼼꼼하게 짐을 테이핑해주셨습니다. 정말 너무 감사합니다.
사실 포시즌스는 자주 가봐서 뒷날에 묵는걸로 배치하긴했는데, 서비스 측면에서는 세인트레지스가 훨씬 좋았습니다. 남편에게 세인트 레지스에서 너무 좋은 서비스를 경험해서 포시즌스가 비교된다고 말할 정도였습니다. 주변에 마카오를 방문할 계획인 아이를 둔 지인들에게 적극 추천할 정도로 매우 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 한국분들 많이 방문해주세요!
We are a Korean family who stayed at The St. Regis Macau from May 30 to June 1 to celebrate our child’s birthday.
Recently, Macau has become a popular destination for Korean families, and many of our friends highly recommended it. When choosing a hotel, we considered both The St. Regis and Four Seasons because they are affiliated with the American Express Platinum program. We have never been disappointed by hotels selected through Amex Platinum, so we decided to book The St. Regis for the first time.
The location was excellent. We took the complimentary airport shuttle and arrived within about five minutes. Our son loves cars, buses, and transportation in general, so he was fascinated by The Londoner and its London-themed surroundings, including the horse carriages and double-decker buses. The hotel also felt very modern, clean, and exceptionally well maintained.
Another advantage was the convenience of the location. The Wynn Palace Performance Lake was only about a five-minute walk away, and the hotel is connected to The Venetian, making it easy to explore the area.
During check-in, the staff thoroughly explained the hotel’s services, including the champagne sabering ceremony, 24-hour complimentary beverage service, and butler service. When we entered our room, we were delighted to find birthday decorations, balloons, and fresh fruit prepared for our child.
Shortly afterward, a staff member visited our room to ask when we would like the birthday cake to be delivered. They later brought the cake, took family photos for us, and even printed the photos as a gift. These thoughtful touches made the celebration incredibly special.
The swimming pool was wonderful. It offered a view of Big Ben, and both the cabanas and sunbeds were available free of charge. The pool staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We ordered tomato spaghetti by the pool, and it was perfect for our child—not overly salty and very tasty. The pool itself was also remarkably clean.
At breakfast, the staff surprised our child by singing “Happy Birthday” in Korean. Seeing how happy our child was made us happy as parents as well. During both mornings, we consistently experienced outstanding service and genuine hospitality from the breakfast team.
At check-out, one of our suitcases had been damaged during baggage handling. After learning about the situation, John Garcia personally came to assist us. He carefully reinforced and secured the suitcase with tape before our departure. We are truly grateful for his kindness and professionalism.
To be honest, we stayed at Four Seasons afterward because we have visited it many times before. However, in terms of service, The St. Regis exceeded our expectations and stood out significantly. I even told my husband that the exceptional service at The St. Regis made it difficult not to compare other luxury hotels afterward.
I would confidently recommend The St. Regis Macau to any family planning a trip to Macau, especially those traveling with children. The hotel created wonderful memories for our family and made our child’s birthday truly unforgettable.

Best hotel in the cotai area！
We stayed at St Regis Macau for one night and we were deeply impressed by the world class high standard services it provided.
We have been to many St Regis before and Macau is definitely among the best that represent the sprit of St Regis services.
The GM was so diligent working on the frontline helping guests checkin, and we saw him in the early morning at the breakfast place too. Ceicei helped us with warm smile and fabulous checkin experience.
Our butler Felix offered so many greeting cards and a departure cookie tho we only stayed for one night
I would like to give special thanks to Tony from the private dining team. This is by far the best private dining experience we have ever had (not one of). He was extremely professional , treating our inroom dining like a fine dining experience , helping us with table setup, the explained all the dishes in great details. He also helped us taking pictures and even printed them! He was shining like a world class butler! An extreme wow moment that i never experienced in other more expensive and bigger name hotel!

An awesome experience, I felt like a Queen!
My 3 nights stay in this luxurious St Regis Macao is far the best hotel I stayed. The personalized service provided by the butler is remarkable. The room was impeccably clean and smell fresh during my stay.
A huge shout out to the following very kind and helpful staff. Vladimir who sent box of cookies to my room for a welcome treat. To John Garcia, the bellman helped me retrieved my phone which I forgot in the room. He also helped me hailed a taxi and gave the address to the driver. You have very professional team.

Impeccable service, wonderful room
A big thank you to Luke and Chris who made our stay memorable. Their support was way better than we could ask for. We had a wonderful upgrade to a big room and with the help of Luke it was so easy to book the best ticket to get to the Hongkong Airport. Actually Luke took care of everything. We definitely recommend the St Regis hotel. It’s not only a wonderful hotel but perfectly located at the Cotai Strip.

Decent amenities (swimming pools and gym) which have been well maintained and not too packed. Room is clean with daily snacks, nice touch.
