房间住的非常舒服，有小院子有大露台，老板也很热情，给我们泡茶喝，帮忙订票，还给我们做了一些游玩的攻略参考。和老板一起品尝了云南菌锅，很不错

服务：超赞，下车来接我们，贴心帮忙提行李。
设施：高清投影体验感超赞，酒店床品睡得很舒服，智能马桶，智能花洒，酒店新装修，非常赞。
卫生：非常干净，卫生间死角都很干净无异味。
位置：距离古城走路不到一分钟，停车方便，游玩也方便，逛古城也方便，楼下就是早餐店，旁边还有特色美食，腊排骨，石板烧都有。
另外：楼顶可以拍古城全景，又刚好看到了双层的彩虹，楼下有超漂亮的三角梅，据说可以常年盛开。

位置很好，到古城北门走路就几分钟，房间预定之后工作人员就加我微信，发酒店位置给我，并确定到丽江的高铁时间，安排司机师傅到站接车，还介绍游玩攻略，到客栈后前台美女热情接待。我定了三天，每天出去玩回来，房间都会重新打扫干净，洗漱用品都换，而且还有一次性拖鞋，这价位的客栈能提供这个太难得了，搞得我自带的拖鞋都没用上哈哈，如果有需要客栈还能提供一次性床单被罩，这个是我挺意外的。

丽江，不枉此行！住进了一个安静的小院，干净卫生，2024年新装修的小院，真不错！帮家人预订了，一个古城口的小院，走到古城不超过1分钟。老板亲自出来迎接，没有古城里的石板路，省去了磨损我行李箱的苦。关键在路口，出行也非常方便，去景区玩只需要走出客栈就可以接送了，非常方便。房间里智能马桶，智能花洒，小米的水壶，大投影，感觉哪都不去，在小院里，在房间里都是一种惬意的假期。在院子里可以享受免费的茶水，我可以自己煮一壶普洱，慢慢享受属于我的丽江下午阳光。老板还拿来云南的鲜花饼给我们品尝，喝着小茶，品着糕点，别提多舒服了！米线吃了，菌子吃了，滇菜吃了，腊排骨吃了，老板推荐的一个没踩坑。丽江，绝对是一个来了不想走，走了还想来的城市，是一个让人上瘾的城市。带着好心情，下次见！

设施：有浴缸可以用，但是另一边手拿的花洒一直漏水，卫生间洗手盆没有可以放东西的地方，卫生间有一股发霉的味道。
卫生：入住的时候地上一层灰，地板上面有粘住的头发真的很恶心🤢床被套上面还有黑色的绒粒小小的。酒店不提供一次性的马桶垫，一次性的浴巾，我们后来用的都是自己随身带的，而且用了随身的带的一次性的床单，就是怕住到这样的酒店。
环境：当时预定这家的时候就是看2024年开业才定的，但是入住以后发现整体没有那么新，墙壁也是潮湿的，不知道会不会对身体不好，但是出门打车很方便，因为我们带着行李箱很多而且每天都出门玩不泡客栈所以不想换酒店很麻烦
服务：服务是很好的，老板娘加了微信随时可以找到她，因为这边是没有人工作的，偶尔晚上会有一个负责任在这里坐着喝茶，但是大部分时间需要什么东西都要微信问这个老板娘自己拿。
整体的话不推荐这家客栈

尊敬的宾客您好，非常感谢您提的宝贵建议，我们已经针对您给的建议对保洁阿姨进行了专业培训重新上岗，房间里的硬件设施重新进行了系统检查和更换，关于开业时间是平台检测之后才会挂上去，我们客栈位置离打车路口一分钟，非常方便，装修风格是现代轻奢风，床品都是乳胶床垫，睡眠舒适度很好，新款负离子吹风机，公区有滚筒洗衣机供各位宾客使用，最后再次感谢您的宝贵建议，祝您生活愉快万事顺意。
