电梯脏乱，楼道暗，门口卫生差，像走进贫民窟。住宿要自助电子查验入住，却只除了电子查验身份证，其他啥都不查！给密码前先要押金100元才出密码
开门一看，说好的升级根本不存在，问店家，店家说让问携程，一推二六五，根本不搭理！
房间内洗衣机，电视，两台空调，但墙皮脱落，蛛网到处挂，地 毯脏到不行，床上被子被套，枕套，床单无折横，不知有没有更换过，卫生间把手坏，卫生间洗澡洗一半停水，冻到不行！
严重不推荐入住！

2.图片都不是我房间。就是没事找事，故意差评。恶心
3.床单被套都是一客一换，竟然拍了那么多图片。为什么没有床单被套的图片，就是胡说八道，100以内的价格。
4.客户凌晨12点来的，跟客户说了没有房间了。没办法升级，又不想花钱又想住好房间，那我把其他客户赶走吗

2.说是可烹饪可做饭，但实际要每天，注意是*每天*加30元。然后阿姨会抱着个烂纸箱，里面一堆明显没有经过妥善保管的厨具和油盐酱醋，一个电饭锅里居然还长了厚厚的黑色霉斑。有一瓶醋居然还是2022年的。就这条件。客服还提醒我，要记得清洁干净再走。不然又要加收清洁费。🙂。我心想，你放心。我不会为了省钱毒死自己的。
3.没人来敲门打扫卫生。没人来换浴巾换消耗品。我中午十一点多发信息要两瓶水之后，下午五点多才送来。
4.最最最最最最最夸张的来了，我退房当天下午五点多，我去赶车，就在电梯里的功夫，她押金自动退到我账上了。（我没看手机不知道押金退回来了）。结果客服喊那个送水送了五个小时的阿姨，瞬移出现在马路边，要我转钱给她。还抓着我的包不让走。我当时都是懵的不知道为什么要给她钱。就说我现在着急赶车你等我上了车搞清楚了转你们老板。结果硬扯着我不让走。我车都到了还不让走。???。你自己押金操作错了关我什么事?最后我还是还给他了。但今时今日这样的服务谁还敢再住你家?好好反省吧！
