We had a delightful stay in this hotel. The room were spacious and clean and the location was convenient. Especially the service was outstanding . Special thanks to Du and Zhao and also Bao for helping us to enhance our stay in the Hailar region . They stepped up from usual customer service to help us arrange bookings and local tips of the city .
We also enjoyed the interaction with the housekeepers who were really attentive .
Overall we would recommend this hotel to every foreigner. Thank you very much.

The transportation is extremely convenient, the location is excellent, the facilities are complete and intact, the room is warm and clean, the service is attentive, thoughtful, and warm, the breakfast tastes good, and there are rich varieties of Chinese, Western, and Mongolian.

Fly to Hulunbuir from Shanghai, and take a taxi for about ten minutes to arrive at the hotel. The hotel with history also has ethnic characteristic decorations and paintings, which makes people feel the charm of Inner Mongolia style. The waiters in the hotel have a very good attitude 👍help with luggage🧳 and lead them to the room in person, making guests feel at home! Because of the long history, the facilities are still a bit outdated. The breakfast in the morning brought me back to before liberation
