Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of HKD 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates are subject to an additional 10% service charge. An incidental deposit of HKD 500 per day per room is required at check-in. For non-refundable bookings, room rates will be immediately charged to the guest's credit card once the reservation has been made. If the credit card holder will not be present during check-in, guests will need to send the hotel a third party credit card authorisation form, including a copy of guest's passport and credit card (both front and back) within 24 hours of the reservation being made. The hotel will charge the given credit card according to the currency of the card's origin country. Guests are advised to inform the hotel if they wish to be charged in HKD instead. Guests with any kind of reservation must provide the same credit card upon check-in that was used during booking. All the bookings with 6 rooms or above (group bookings), different deposit and cancellation policies will be applied.
