Great hotel and, good location, the only issue is no one is one the front desk after 8:30 PM. We arrived at 9 PM and had to wait for 20 minutes for some one to show up and help us.
Great hotel and rooms, otherwise.

I stayed at Longtang Hotel over Christmas break. I chose the hotel because it is close to The Ice and and Snow Festival. The location is close to the festival but about 20-25 minutes to the shopping district. The hotel staff are very helpful and professional. English is limited, but everyone tries very hard to accommodate all guests. I have three issues with the hotel. On Ctrip the hotel description lists a bathtub in the rooms; there is none. It also lists a swimming pool, which you have to pay for. The hotel also allows smoking in all rooms. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds and good sized rooms.

this hotel is clean and acceptable for business travellers
but it is very far from downtown. there is not much of a shop or restaurant in the surrounding
i didnt try the facilities or breakfast (they dont serve before 7am)

large rooms, clean
nice and helpfull staff, but dont really speak English
location is not central. if your business is not in this district, beware
i didnt try the breakfast, cause i had an early plane
