The hotel is on the outskirts of Harbin, located in the west. It is opposite of a prak, with sufficient shops nearby. The staff is friendly and the rooms are a very good size. The rooms were also very warm in this cold climate, but you have the possibility to opens windows, to get the temperature to your own liking. The hotel does not offer any facilities such as a gym or a pool, but the breakfast is very good in terms of quality but also in terms of variety of options. The rooms are also very clean, however in the hallways of many hotels in China, they can smell of cigarette smoke. Fortunately this was not the case in the room itself. So if you are planning to visit Harbin for instance for the Harbin Snow and Ice Festival, do check out this hotel.

We asked for a non smoker room and got a room with a strong smell of cigarettes. The Lady in the lobby told us, there were no rooms left and we have to deal with it.
Breakfast was for a two night stay ok

在这个区域比较好一点的商务酒店不太多，这家算是性价比不错的，优点就是比较商务范的酒店，服务态度很好，缺点，入口就不友好，车和人一个口，人要从两个汽车杆中间进来，很别扭，再说房间，我住的是个小单人大床间，水龙头的位置刷新了我的认知，洗澡间里的顶喷已经不太好用了，淋浴间地面的下水也有问题，中间积水，此外隔音也一般，总之大家看情况选择吧。

有一说一，20年全球出差住酒店，这是我见过最烂的酒店前台服务，服务意识差到极点！这仅有的3.5分是给贵酒店经理的！我平时不是一个挑剔的人，除非忍无可忍且希望贵司服务更上一层才写下此番评论。要知道评论也是花时间的。时间宝贵的！入住5天没有wifi，给前台打电话问什么情况，前台一个女工作人员来句，我不知道这没办法我给你我们经理电话你打电话问你他吧，他找人修的！我真是无聊我个大语，这是我员工我早给他开了一天都不会留，我观察了几天全程对客人根本没有礼貌用语，没有微笑没有主动服意愿务，没有基本的职业素养，一副我顾客求着她住酒店，完全没有服务标准化推诿一问三不知不解决客户的基本需求，毫无同理心！谢谢你好再见抱歉一个字都不会说，这样的人放在前台拉低酒店产品，软性服务全无！她自己打电话说大环境不好然后对客人这个态度我真匪夷所思，全程开电脑看视频聊天在前台，大环境不好还不做足功课提升软件硬件设施，相反他家经理及时解决问题，尽可能地想办法，第一时间致歉，更换房间退差价，真心为客人着想，wifi设备不足带来问题导致我手机流量超标将近400块，经理免费让我入住了一天，我非常感谢，但是员工做事的态度我这辈子没见过！今天写下评论希望酒店严肃批评该员工，调换岗位。这样没有服务意识拉低酒店品质拉低档次的员工酒店的生意和口碑只会越来越差！！！甚至最后关门大吉都不知道是怎么来的。其余都挺好的，早餐大姐有问候客人早安，酒店经理彬彬有礼，酒店严重需要标准化服务流程以及员工培训和基本待客话术，可能前台接待自己就是打工的无所谓，遭殃的是老板….我心疼老板一秒，再也不会光顾…
