房子很完美，除了有个儿童帐篷放在一个柱子前面有个问题，孩子很兴奋的钻进去直接头撞到柱子棱角淤血了，哭了很久。。和店家反馈了不知道后面会不会加一个防撞条。。。带孩子的需要玩具图书都有，还是很好的。。。

民宿装修的非常当下审美，2/3/4层是有房间的，一楼是客餐厅加一个卫生间，很适合一大家子或者一堆朋友旅行。3楼的亲子房很可爱，有小楼梯给小盆友爬一爬，还一个小阳台。4楼外面是阳台，换下来的床单都是晒在5楼楼顶，且床单都带太阳晒过的味道，很温暖。

家庭出游住还是比较方便的，虽然第一晚热水器有点问题，不过房东还算回应比较及时。

服务态度可以民宿管家也一直在线但是卫生确实不到位蚊虫很多而且在房间角落里发现一只死蟑螂真的很恶心

因为天气逐渐炎热，进入蚊虫较多的季节，我们由于是整栋出租，并有两个天台花园，虽然日常会定期进行全面消杀，并在房间配备了电蚊香，但是还是没能100%完全避免，对此深表遗憾。
此次未能让您满意，是我们工作的疏漏。您这边下午四五点发现蟑螂，临时提出退房，我们无条件尊重您的选择。

酒店非常新，步行到华盖路10分钟，东门对面的酒楼早茶相当赞，就是房间里没有电视，只有一楼厅里能看，一次性的用具质量也不错，浴巾很厚，下次有机会再来顺德的话还会住
