1.服务不太熟练，上楼后发现没有取电卡，下楼至要求多制一张卡，结果制了两次都无法开门，后续告知房卡不能放一起，会消磁。酒店住了不少了，第一次听说房卡不能放一起会消磁，全季房卡“特制”的嘛？
2.房间卫生状况较差，卫生间很多小飞虫，淋浴间地面出现了青铜色污渍，床具有破损污渍。不知道是单店个体问题，还是普遍问题。

同事的反馈意见：
1.很吵，晚上睡不好，反馈如下图
服务：前台一般，套餐里定了早餐，说没有，还奇怪系统里怎么没看到，早餐35/位，可选择的品种太少了
本来定的两天，后来退了重新定的一天，想体验一下感觉怎么样，不会选择再来住这家酒店
出差需要住一周
今天会重新选择一家新的酒店

出差有点发烧，酒店马上找出了体温计，还给我送上了姜汤！之后还想给我安排晚饭，婉拒了好意，今天回家终于看了病有点退烧了，成年人的辛苦只有成年人懂，小小举动大大的温暖！
