JUN LANG Hotel is a very nice hotelwith wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. I strongly recommend if you are in Chongqing to see Dazu Rock Carvings and Buddhist Grottoes... you do stay here.
My room was very big and comfortable and Very strategically located to visit:
Dazu, Beishan and Nanshan Caves. Acquiring transport to and from sites was easy. Local Bus and taxi stop directly in front of the hotel and main bus to and from train station was only a 5 minute walk. The rooms remind me of Ramada hotel....but much less costly. They also offer a free breakfast buffet.
This area is famous for many spicy dishes and the Jun Lang Hotel is onthe same street as many very good local restaurants. If you want Western fast food and upscale shopping, a big market is just beyond the big park next to the hotel...especially good for coffee shops and evening food vendors along the road.
Great hotel for price and friendly local people.

Every time I go back to Dazu, I go there. Overall, it is very good, and the price/performance ratio is OK.
