Well done !

One of the best managed Sheraton in the Chinese mainland per my experiences. Courteous staff from concierge, housekeeper to front desk and servers. The room was well maintained, clean and installed with a coffee machine and cordless phone charger. Breakfast spread, quality and taste were satisfactory and floor management in the breakfast venue was excellent, servers were efficient and courteous.
I was upgraded to a non- smoking room on a high floor which was an added plus. Last but not least, mini bar and fruit platter were complementary and a Sheraton branded soft toy bear was a souvenir for guests to take home.

The only thing I didn’t know was some of the floors are smoking floors and people smoke there.

1. Lobby was so spectacular, check-in was fast and friendly with welcome snack
2. Room amenities were renovated and clean
3. Breakfast was very tasted with Changsha cuisine locally
4. The garden in the sky walkable very relaxing

Recommended Hotel in Changsha

I stayed in room number 2210. This hotel is located in the Central Business District of Changsha which is reaching out to all the amenities. Its distance from the airport is approximately 30 minutes drive.
This hotel is recommended for both business and leisure travellers.

5* Comfort & Service

We booked this hotel as a Marriott Bonvoy member. The room is very spacious, clean, luxuriously comfortable, with nespresso in the room . The rate included breakfast which has a very good buffet spread of Chinese selection and sufficient western options.
We were given room upgrade but not use of club lounge so we topped up a bit more and it turned out to be very worthwhile. More than enough alcoholic drinks and mixers, salad-cheese-fruit bar, and a few hot dishes during happy hours from 5-9 pm.
However while the hotel is great, its location is in a quiet neighborhood, a distance from the happening areas like 五一街 ， 杜甫Pavilion. We don’t mind as DiDi is very convenient. Next trip will stay at Hyatt location for a change.
