Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Everything was better than imagined. A buffet breakfast buffet was also included which was spectacular.

Clean room and friendly staff. However, the door was not very soundproof, and there was the occasional smell of smoke coming from outside.

Excellent room, very spacious. Breakfast was very deixou à with salad buffet, Hunan noodles and spices, fried noodles one day, fried rice another day, several juice options, coffee and some cakes .
Swimming pool is 25 m long, opens from 09:00 until 22:00. Sauna às well. Gym is 24h and you just need to use your room card to open the door.
Highly recommended stay for families.

Very difficult to locate.
Check in staff ok.
Breakfast staff surly and verging on rude.
Rooms rather dated.
Wifi not working at all.
Next to shopping mall of some sort but a guide to shopping mall entrances, exits and facilities would be eelcome.
