环境：小院环境很好，当天赶巧没有其他住户，只有一只小猫陪伴，非常惬意
卫生：卫生间条件很好，非常干净，设施很新。但是靠窗的床附近会有蚊虫

综合而言这地方真是不适合出来玩而住的地方，农家院聚会那种吧。房间和门厅的门内测的机械锁是坏的，让我觉得不安全，能反锁是起码的安全保障啊竟然反锁不了，电视也看不了问了房东也解决不了，正常这样的情况出现应该有管家上门的但是没有，厨房的卫生咋说呢苍蝇拍子和烧烤工具放在一起可想而知，冰箱里也不干净，不粘锅的涂层都掉了很多，有些碗都没刷直接放在那，这让人怎么用呢。一个不抽烟的我竟然在KTV房间里发现了好几个烟头，还有院里的垃圾桶也没清理干净，我就纳闷在我入住前到底有没有打扫清理卫生，整体感觉很差劲，永不再来。

人不多的时候很划算，虽然只住其中一间，但是设施什么的都可以使用。适合带老人孩子悠闲过个周末。位置好找。
