The service was excellent, especially from the hotel manager(Xiao xiao), who was very helpful and responsive to our requests. As a new hotel, everything felt fresh and well-maintained.
That said, the daily housekeeping could be improved. For example, the floor mat was not changed throughout our one-week stay. The location is also quite far from most attractions, although it is conveniently close to the Summer Palace. It’s a good choice for those who prefer a quieter environment and don’t mind traveling to get around.

千万别来，带孩子极度不建议入住！酒店位置偏僻，离地铁站、颐和园都很远，出行十分不便。工作人员服务态度冷漠差劲，全程敷衍。
房间问题层出不穷，卫生严重不达标，完全没有做到一客一清扫一消毒。声称遥控器袋一客一消毒，结果袋子上残留上一位客人的饭菜油渍，十分恶心。马桶边缘脏乱没有擦拭干净，刚进卫生间马桶水质浑浊，像用过没冲一样，床上随处可见遗留毛发，被褥打扫敷衍。
屋内刺鼻装修甲醛异味很重，通风差，待久了胸闷头晕，大人都受不了，更会严重影响孩子身体健康。定价和服务、卫生完全不符，体验感极差，坚决避雷，不会再次入住。

带家人来颐和园，入住了秋果酒店，定的亲子套房，
卫生：卫生也不错，挺干净的
设施：全屋智能控制很方便，洗衣房和健身房都有，很便捷
环境：房间很大很宽敞，窗台正对一个山，虽然还有点秃秃的，不过挺安静的，早上早餐品类也挺丰富的
服务：前台很热情，有问必答，还帮我们安排了去颐和园的车

环境特别好 房间很大 并且都是智能化 住着很舒适很安心 主要是服务超好 服务人员很贴心 离店时居然帮我把行李送到了地铁站 住在秋果酒店是我来北京最好的体验了 下次来第一选择还是秋果！

北京的酒店都特别小，这是这边尺寸最正常的酒店。
新开业，很干净
要是能提供浴袍这些就更好了
早餐厅也挺好的，很大，品类稍微少了点。
服务很好，可以寄存包裹这些。
