Experiencia Acogedora

Mi estadía en Casa Ryan fue de una noche. El lugar es muy acogedor, muy limpio y cómodo.
Muy buena ubicación, y super accesible. Además, la atención es excelente!
Muy cerca del Metro Estación Baquedano, y hay supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca.

Not reccomended

Do not reccomend. Waited outside for 1 hour after ariving (on the street), because the gate is locked and the doorbell did not work. After yelling and shaking the gate finally, someone came out to let us in. They do not have hotel/hostel staff - the janitor (cleaner) is the only staff. Room is ok, house is nice, but showers (not in room) are in very bad condition, noone speaks english (not one word) and breakfast was the cheapest and worst in my experience - had to wait 40 minutes for the cleaner.to go buy bread, and then we got only 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of hap per person. No more. 1 slice. 1 glass of fake orange juice and some butter. Thats it. Had to go out to have breakfast, which was very nice in the surrounding cafe/restaurant.
Overall, experience was not horrible, but not good and would not stay here again.

Buena ubicación, zona tranquila y céntrica.
Habitación con calefacción y cama muy confortable.
Desayuno muy básico a mejorar sin duda en calidad y cantidad.
Giovanna es muy amable y disponible.
Dejan llaves para que te puedas mover libremente.
Chek-in máximo a las 21h.

Lugar acogedor y con buena atención

Casa Ryan está bien ubicada, barrio tranquilo y con todos los servicios cercanos. Aunque es una casa antigua muy bonita, tiene necesidad de algunas mejoras. Está todo muy limpio y extraordinariamente atendido por Ángel, amable y servicial. Desayuno básico, pero bueno.

Accueil inexistant, petit-déjeuner passable.

Nous avons réservé 4 nuits à la Casa Ryan par Booking, suivant les bons commentaires des clients précédents, élogieux avec Carlos, le gérant.
Et pourtant... il nous a à peine adressé 5 mots en 4 jours. Il est peu (jamais?) disponible, sans arrêt pendu à son téléphone.
Le petit-déjeuner est de piètre qualité, et peu copieux: jus de fruit affreusement chimique, yaourts bas-de-gamme, fromage et jambon sous plastique, et une tranche de pain par personne...
A éviter.
