A safe and comfortable place

I have stayed more than 3 times at Hostal de la Sra Monica. She always welcomes us very well. Its hostel is very comfortable and has everything you need to sleep very relaxed after doing activities during the day. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the bathroom is always clean and the common spaces too.
It is a safe place, we have never missed anything and is steps from supermarkets and the center of Pucón.
I'll be back again...

Cosy place, best host

The most thoughtful host, very Cosy rooms. Excellent breakfast, tip: ask for scrambled eggs.
Very close from 'city' Centre and bus station . No bad Points.
You will definitely feel at home here. Good price quality.

Monica (host) is wonderful, thoughtful and generous.

She even met us by car at the lical shop nearby to escort us in, and when i was short on clothing washed my clothes, dried and folded them. Offered us a shower after out Volcano hike after checkout. What a precious lady and gracious host. We intended on teo but stayed three nights and she even gave us 10% off an already low rate of P$22,000 rate.
The only downside was the small kitchen and the hot water being intermittendly hot and cold occassionally. Great position close to store, bus station, she gave us a parking spot on the driveway, and 5 mins walk to town (ie no parking costs :-) )

Adequate

Located a little off the main drag in a quiet neighborhood is this family run little hostel. Rooms and shared bathroom are spare, walls are thin, but adequate for one night. Easy walking distance to bus station and downtown. Backs up to bus parking area so can have those sound effects late into the night. Run by nice woman.

Tranqui y en casa

Tranquilo, comodo y buen precio.
Monica es super amable, preocupada y atenta, nos quedamos 3 noches, 4 dias, habia una gotera pero se arreglo altiro, nos sentimos muy comodos, lo recomiendo para algo tranqui y sin lujos.
