Lake district at its best!

Beautiful property in top notch shape, in a spectacular location! Large and very comfortable rooms with gorgeous views, bathtub inside and outside. We slept like babies! Really good food and fun explorations every day - from hiking to rafting. Enjoyed every moment.

Exceptional service in the most peaceful setting

This is an extraordinary place in the most peaceful setting. We stayed in the hacienda with kids ages 4-13. It was stunning, spacious and so comfortable. We would have been perfectly happy relaxing anywhere with a book, but there were too many amazing excursions to pass up. Every day, guided by the most patient, encouraging, knowledgable Jorge and Benja we explored volcanoes, rivers, rope swings, and horseback riding trails. Every one of our group was engaged and thrilled by every activity. The remarkable staff in the restaurants made us feel welcome at every amazing meal. While not kid focused, we felt it was a wonderful respite for our entire family and we cannot thank the team enough. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff and personalized excursions.

The staff are incredible. They work very hard to make your experience unique. It was the best horseback riding I have ever experienced, because they customized you to the horse and the riding is led by an expert.
Carlos our guide from the hotel did such a great job making sure we were happy and our experience was fun and private.
I recommend the helicopter and horse back riding. This is an incredible resort that works hard to meet your excursion expectations.

Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised.
Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also
