Excellent stay

Clean, warm cabins and excellent service, equipped with everything you need to have a good time with your family.
We ask for the
Hot tub and it was super comfortable and at a pleasant temperature, close to all the shops and restaurants in the area. Natural environment and contact with nature

Good intentions - lack of maintenance

We went with another family for a winter 5-night’s stay to the big 4 bedrooms cottage. Each bedroom with each one bathroom, good! Kitchen very small for a 12-people cottage, not a problem if you are not planning to cook but since I like to do it especially when it is very cold outside it was not an easy task. The people working in the resort are very friendly and with good service, no complains. But the big “but” is the lack of maintenance of the cottage. I attached some picture just to show some examples. If you are planning to go there just to sleep after a full sky day it’s fairly ok with good heating system, but it is definitely not a place to enjoy during the day inside the cottage.

Lugar discreto

El personal que trabaja es adorable, muy preocupados de todo. Lo malo, las camas son pésimas muy incómodas, la ducha tapada, lo más rescatable las instalaciones comunes.
Si o si hay que andar con elementos para combatir las moscas

Descuidado

Es inaceptable y más aún luego de un largo viaje que lo reciban con una cabaña en condiciones deplorables. Una vergüenza.
Aseo pésimo, hongos en la jabonera, wc sucio, microndas desarmado. Mala mantención.
Mala relación precio-calidad.

Rusticas cabañas nevadas

Simpaticas cabañas con personal muy preocupado en cuanto a la limpieza, no hizo falta nada y cumplen con lo que prometen: toallas, calefacción, etc. Volvería sin dudas y está a sólo 15 mins en auto de las termas de chillan y cento de ski. Tienen varias capacidades, para 6, 12,etc, para familia o amigos
