Excelente estadía en Uka Mana/ Excellent stay at Uka Mana
Mi experiencia en el hotel Uka Mana fue excelente. Es un ambiente muy acogedor, un hotel rústico, lindo y cómodo. Queda cerca del aeropuerto, pero en menos de 10 minutos en auto se llega al centro. El hotel tiene un jardín hermoso, lleno de flores y plantas tropicales; en la mañana se escuchan los pajaritos, ideal para quienes disfrutamos de un entorno natural.
Alejandra, la chica de la recepción, fue súper atenta, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y también nos apoyó coordinando nuestras reservas. La dueña, Jazmina, un 7. Tomamos todos los tours con ella y nos llevó a lugares maravillosos. Muy amable y con una forma especial de conectar con la historia de cada lugar que visitamos.
Quedamos encantadas con el hotel y con la gente.
My experience at the Uka Mana hotel was excellent. It has a very cozy atmosphere—rustic, beautiful, and comfortable. It’s close to the airport, and the town center is less than a 10-minute drive away. The hotel has a gorgeous garden full of flowers and tropical plants; in the morning you can hear the birds, which is perfect for those of us who enjoy nature.
Alejandra, the receptionist, was incredibly kind, always willing to help, and even assisted us with coordinating reservations. The owner, Jazmina, was exceptional. We booked all our tours with her, and she took us to wonderful places. She was very friendly and helped us connect with the history behind each site we visited.
We left absolutely delighted with the hotel and the people.

A pleasant stay on Easter Island
We had a nice stay at this hotel, the service was very warm. Our room had a balcony and was well equipped. The hotel also helped us in the organization of tours.

Excellent service , very friendly and caring hotel people ... everything very clean and tidy ... very comfortable place and surrounded by green areas ... exquisite breakfast and changing every day at the choice of the guest.. I recommend it 100%

Pleasant and helpful staff. Too far from restaurants and events in town.
Small hotel with leasant and helpful staff. Good communication prior to and during the visit. Airport pickup and drop off. At least a thirty minute walk into town, taxi is required especially after a dinner or after dark because of cars. Screens on the window would have been helpful against mosquitos.,

Comfortable stay slightly outside the city proper
I'm so glad I went to the island and this hotel was a good choice. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for showering. The wifi at the hotel was actually reasonable - I believe they have Starlink connected. I was able to have video calls with only slight interruptions during a heavy downpour. A cold breakfast was included with different breads, juices, and cold cuts. The hotel is a 20-45 minute walk to most of the stores/museums in town. On the days I had scheduled tours, tour guides picked me up and dropped me off. On the other days, I walked into town and was prepared for intermittent rain showers. I would guess that most people would want to rent a car if traveling often between this hotel and the city proper. I saw a couple of local (not international) car rental places in the middle of the city. The traffic is moderate and subdued, so I wouldn't hesitate to rent a car if I were to visit again. There are dogs and roosters that make noise regularly, presumably all over the island. You can shut the windows and filter some of the noise out. There are steep stairs inside with irregular depths and heights you'll want be careful on. There's a nice loft area upstairs with couches and a TV.
